I love McCain. He is 100% spot on. This is the moment he should have won the election already. This is presidential and straightforward.

Let’s see how long it takes for the Russian propaganda services and the MSM to transform Georgia’s President Mikheil Saakashvili into another Slobodan Milosevic.

an excellent statement by one who knows and understands the stakes. Russia says it is pay back for the Bosnia matter which I believe was a big-time Clinton mistake, but they take it out on a small peaceful country instead of the nation who promoted the Bosnia war.(that would be the US) Sounds rather cowardly on Russia’s part.

Let's face it, Putin is betting on Obama being elected president and knows he will be able to walk all over him.

McCain would never allow anyone to walk all over us or any of our allies.

This is Leadership by Sen McCain who didn’t wait to poll and see which way the wind was blowing. He immediately stepped up to the plate and now with this release in more detail, it shows there is only ONE Leader in the race and that is Senator John McCain.

Guess Obama’s trip to Europe didn’t do much good. Wonder how his conversation with SoS Rice went since they have been in contact. McCain didn’t need to talk with her but the novice Obama did. Did she tell him what to say when he finally spoke out? Enquiring minds would like to know!

Before flaming, yes I don’t think much of Rice as Secretary of State and never have.

Well that escalates my opinion of John McCain. What an insightful and intelligent statement. That is presidential! Not to mention that I totally agree with him.

Are we really going to sit back and do nothing? ummmmm back to the Olympics.

This is an outstanding statement: informative, concise, and with a real plan of action, not liberal hand wringing.

It's one of those 3am moments and McCain looks Presidential.

Obama looks like an ignorant first-term Senator who hasn't bothered to do his homework.

I could easily trust a president that says this.

Very good!

I'm going to say this about McCain - he's been around enough to know war, both live and cold. He knows the communist mind. He's fought for his country, and he's spent time as a POW. He has been around long enought to know the Russian (Soviet) strategy, and he's the best equipped candidate to deal with it. The Georgia situation exemplifies the need to choose him over OBama.
