The Editor said that Obama’s solution would mean most vehicles are currently operating on tires that are underinflated by about 10psi.

If that were true, most of those vehicles would be traveling with FOUR tires that have dangerously low psi inflations.

Perhaps a tire expert could identify at what underinflation amount, speed, and vehicle weight the a tubeless tire would separate from the rim (and go flat or shred, if the vehicle were traveling at a high rate of speed).

He left out one VERY important thing.

ANWAR delivers x amount of oil everyday. If everybody inflated their tires and kept them properly inflated the 3% is now part of the average and there is no longer any savings. ANWAR will keep producing x amount per day.
