Probably just an industrial accident. Its a propane facility. It has apparently injured some locals and some houses have gone up in flames too. Evacuations are occurring because there are some tanker cars on the rail lines that go into the facility and they don't know what chemicals are in them. I live a number of miles away and didn't hear or feel anything but I was asleep so who knows. It's an unusually cool day today for this time of year and there is some rain predicted for today.

You bet. I watched 30 sec. of the U-tube video and using my brilliant powers of observation and analytical abilities, I determined it was Mahmoud-al-blivet, using an IED, in the propane yard.
Case closed.
