A number of experts agree the military conflict between Georgia and South Ossetia is not in Russias interests. A number of these experts are idiots. This is exactly in line with Russian 'interests'. Doesn't make it right.

The Former Georgian Foreign Minister Salome Zurabishvili says the United States could be partly responsible for the violence in South Ossetia. If they really think we are the devil, then let's send them to Hell.
Dear Georgia,
Is there anything in the US military inventory that you would like to borrow?
Your pal,

Zurabishvili is a French nationalist who never visted Georgia until she was 34.

Bushs Fault! I knew it! Yeah, the clock was ticking. You knew the MSM was desperately looking for an "official" person to officially pronounce the whole thing Bush's fault.

The main purpose behind the conflict is the further strategic orientation of Georgia and an opportunity for the West, I mean the USA and the EU, to count on Georgia and the Caucasus in ensuring the strategic provision of oil”.
Huh, how can this conflict ensure oil to the USA and EU? That’s what Georgia and the BTC pipeline did before the conflict, now that’s in doubt. So we baited Russia into Georgia to somehow ensure Georgia’s strategic importance to the West.
Brilliant.

It's Bush's fault-why didn't I think of that because he's also responsible for:
global warming
all the wars in the last century
Pearl Harbor
The German invasion of Poland
The loss of China
The Russians acquiring the H bomb
AIDS
herpes
9/11
Crime in Detroit
low tire pressure on US cars
Rielle Hunter's baby
The latest beef recall
Bernie Mac's death
Spam
Microsoft Vista
heroin addiction in Siberia
The oil leak in my car's engine
I'll post the balance later, my finger and my hair hurt too much to continue

A number of experts agree the military conflict between Georgia and South Ossetia is not in Russias interests. Totally aside from the obvious fallcay of an appeal to authority (argumentum ad verecundiam), the insipid phrase, "[a] number of experts agree," free of any specific examples, should automatically disqualify the succeeding words from any serious consideration.

The Russians had this all lined up didn't they? Propaganda and all. Ready to go.
I could see that on last night's, US time, Russia Today, mere hours after the Russian tanks began to roll.

“[a] number of experts agree,”
I’m guessing it’s experts in manipulating the French social welfare system that provided this particular person her opinion.
