The US has forces in Georgia. I read an article about the the Georgian Natl Guard and SOCOM being there.
1,500 troops left yesterday after a training mission. Which I suspect had something to do with the timing. The permanent force is likely very small. The title commentary my overeaction, I knew they were there, didn't know they'd left.
