And are you more of a technical expert than that guy Techdude? If you’re so freeping brilliant and this is so easily refuted, then refute it.
TechDude showed that certain pixel deviations "fit" with certain proposed texts. I've seen nothing to show that such apparent fits could not happen by coincidence. Further, TechDude's blog doesn't show non-marked magnified versions of the areas where he is drawing his inferences so as to make clear why he is drawing them, nor does he do a good job of explaining what enhancements were performed on the image prior to analysis.
I cannot refute the fact that "Techdude" has made unsupported claims.
Perhaps if the files and instructions on replicating the "Maya Effect" on the FtS version were posted, then I'd have something to confirm or disprove. Until then, burden of proof is on the conspiracy crowd.
BTW, if you care to notice, I was the guy pointing out the marks of the seal while the conspiracy crowd here was crying that there was no seal. I showed how it could be identified by the naked eye right in the location that the edge detection methods showed it.
But am I going to waste my time while no credible report is available to confirm? Nope.
