you missed what Mal said.

Something about a special “coffee cup”.

It’s just really funny. I was there in the very beginning of the story, interacted with Titor (along with Darby and Pam) and were all skeptics.

To this day, two of us remain skeptics and one was convinced.

Even so, he mentioned CERN and this collider several times.

He’s pretty much been wrong on everything.

(The story starts in 1999 actually and moves through early 2001, then ceases as Titor ‘vanished’ when he ‘went back to his time’)

I’m still waiting on the microsingularities, and whatever mechanism is used to capture and hold them inside a box weighing a couple hundred pounds.

ahhhh...but these things that he was wrong on can easily be explained by the difference between our worldline and his...;)

I think Rush says that doom and gloom is easier to believe in that a positive future...or something along those lines.

One other thing...is it me, or do a lot of the people who eat that story up seem to be left wingers?

Someone claiming to be Titor has been back. Mostly to defend his wrong predictions of history as he knows it. The person claims to have contaminated the time line so his original “Fuistory” is no longer true. How convenient.
