Just called Shays D.C. office.
His aide tells me he can’t answer for the congressman when I asked if Shays is AGAINST individual states deciding whether to drill for oil off their own shore.
I told the aide that I was then assuming that Shays would be speaking on behalf of the democrats and I wasn’t surprised.

You should probably add Denny Rehberg (that’s MONTANA’S REPRESENTATIVE) to your list. Heard him on one of the local stations along with a bunch of the rest of the rebels yesterday, and he didn’t sound like he was in any rush to go on vacation.
Reaction around here is getting kinda funny: MSM is stoically ignoring the whole thing under orders from the DNC, state party is out with the “Stunt” talking points and, judging from the callers and posts to the newspaper web site, opinion here is running five or six to one in favor of the revolt and drilling.
Counting one lib caller yesterday who sounded like he’d lost his Binky, seems to me the traitorcrats are trying to figure out if they should sh** or go blind.
Keep up the heat. Those pukes are about to fold and blow plumb away.

Democrats = HIGH GAS PRICES. Make sure you mention how much costs have gone up in just two years of Democrat control of Congress.
