I would much rather have independent jurors than military jury with agenda. But, this is probably as good as it going to get.

I was on a military jury one time and civilian juries but both are equivalent in the juries role as in examining statements and evidence and I don't feel there was any prejudices entering the jury rooms.
I have never voted to acquit in any cases because the evidence I saw was clearly on the guilty side.

Orange, you would be dog gone lucky to have a mility jury than a civilian, ‘cause if your innocent...they know it before the trial. This garbage in Gitmo is just that......GARBAGE...These are people who want us dead, you included. Read some of the stuff they do to our military personnel....You dear heart, wouldn’t survive...
