The judge had jurisdiction in this case. She knew what was supposed to be going on out there. The men are the ones causing the problems, and the children and now the women are the ones taken to task.
Please folks, lets focus on the men. They are the culprits here.
After reading the motions, I’m going to disagree. Some of the women have to be “focused” on too, like Ellen Grace Steed Barlow Jessop.

Apparently the judge feels the mothers have a responsibility to follow court orders, so the mothers were required to affirm they would comply with said court orders.
Lacking such affirmation from said mothers, the judge decides the mothers are unwilling to consider the wellbeing of their own children, consistent with court orders.
So as far as the judge, the children and the mothers, she took these actions.
We do not have information about the fathers. I would wager they are also under court orders to stay away from the children, but that is a separate matter.
The men are probaably scattered around several states, doing their darn best to avoid getting caught for statutory rape.
Hopefully all or most of them will be rounded up too.
The legal concept of statutory rape is not as difficult as it is made out to be. The minor female CANNOT give consent. Her mother or any other female CANNOT give consent on her behalf. The rapist CANNOT give consent, nor can Warren Jeffs.
It is plain and simple, statutory rape. Performed by adult males, with certain adult females as accomplices, as I hope is eventually proved in their trials.
