WASHINGTON (AP) -- Solid margins among women, minorities and young voters have powered Barack Obama to a 6 percentage point lead over John McCain in the presidential race, according to a poll released Tuesday.
Obama is ahead of his Republican rival 47 percent to 41 percent, The Associated Press-Ipsos poll showed. The survey was taken after the Democratic senator from Illinois had returned from a trip to Middle Eastern and European capitals, and during a week that saw the two camps clash over which had brought race into a campaign in which Obama is striving to become the first African-American president.

So there you have it: minorities (who refuse to vote for the white guy) are racist.

Well, since it’s from AP which now allows it’s folks to insert personal opinions and bias into their reporting, I’d have to say the poll isn’t worth spit.

Good riddance. Yesterday the polls said it was tied. I think it depends on whether or not Soros owns a part of the publication.

These numbers aren’t consistent with the other polls out there.

Actually, AP is on the approved list again. They have backed down on their insane stance.

One thing consistent in all polls...Obama leads among Hispanics...regardless of what poll taken
The GOP strategy of pandering to Hispanics by pandering to illegal aliens is a failed strategy....esp at the cost of American voters.

I don’t understand the purpose of registered voter polls when they are so meaningless. Only likely voter polls give any real indication of how the election is going and they have McCain up. Why do the pollsters even bother with registered voter polling?
To: Proudcongal
Its the lazy way to to do "push" polling. The MSM is in the tank for Obama so they don't to bother with accurate portrayal of public sentiment. From their perspective, the bolder the lie, the better.
