Back in December, Young stepped forward, claiming he was the father of Rielle Hunter soon-to-be-born baby. From the National Enquirer's December story, UPDATE: JOHN EDWARDS LOVE CHILD SCANDAL!:
A former "Director of Operations" for Edwards' campaign, Young's last official position with the campaign was "North Carolina Finance Director." He left that job about a month ago - about the same time Rielle settled in Chapel Hill.A source close to Young vehemently denies that he funneled campaign money to Rielle - who drives a BMW SUV registered in Young's name.

This is getting a little weird for me...
Will the MSM dig into this? Probably not. John Edwards is a good Democrat, devoted to his wife, etc. etc. We can’t have anything out there that contradicts that.
Now, if Edwards were an evil Republican, I bet they would dig further. Remember some months ago, the New York Times ran a story full of innuendo about Mc Cain, because McCain had dinner with a woman? But there was nothing more to it with McCain and the woman, but clearly they wanted to imply something.
MSM media bias is out there. I’ve had some discussions with people about it. Sometimes they say they don’t see it, but I try to point out that part of the bias is deciding what stories to cover, and what stories they ignore. It’s not just how they cover issues and candidates, it’s also which stories they bury and which they put on the front page.

Man, I don’t know how much money Edwards promised Young to do this, but how in the hell do you get the wife on board for this all? Somethings are not worth the money, like having to falsely admit your an adulterer to help a rich friend out and publically destroy the image of your family. Young and his wife must be the easily bought type. Its insanity that they would agree to such a thing.
Seeing as Young is black, let’s see the child. Will be easy to tell if its Young’s or the Silk Ponys baby.

You are thinkng of the wrong Andrew Young. Edwards’ pointman is not the former Mayor of Atlanta Andrew Young but a different white Andrew Young.
White Andy’s NC wife must have given him the boot. He sure wasn’t man enough (or liar enough) to have his name put on Lisa Druck’s baby’s birth certificate.

I have said before, John Edwards called the National Enquirer LIARS. This should give the NE grounds to demand DNA testing.
We already know what a man J Edwards is.
What kind of man would ask a young man with a young family to claim he fathered a child out of wed lock.

The National Enquirer has an open challenge to both Young and Edwards to take polygraphs on the affair AND to take DNA test since their December allegations.
Both men refused to take either test. That would have ended it there.
Edwards has not denied the allegations since October, when they were of the general nature. He has not had to deny them until July 24, 2008, since he never once was asked about them by a MSM reporter.
Since July 24, he has not denied any allegations. He has, however, deflected like the trial lawyer he is.
