No, I don’t the did. He hasn’t actually became a candidate yet. And the states control who is on the ballot.

Matter of fact, he chose to not take federal funds as the FEC would have had to verify his eligilibity before allowing him the funds.

Interesting, eh? How many candidates turn down campaign funds?

If a candidate can raise more than $80Million, then it is in his best interest to turn down federal campaign funds. If you take them, you are limited on spending $80Million for the campaign. Obama has raised about $250Million, so turning Federal funds down allows him to spend more.

no, if this is true, I rather see him fairly defeated at the election. I don’t think the proles would stand for it if he were taken out on a technicality. For one they would understand it.
