This is a plan of the entire Demoncrat Congress. Nancy is taking the heat because she thinks she invulnerable. The Demoncrats feel that the “dumb” populace believe that the Republicans are in power, and they will blame the Reps for the failure to take on an energy plan NOW. They think that they are going to win most of the Reps vacant seats and a good number of the contested seats, so the Demoncrats will have complete control come 2009 and that’s when they will unveil their energy plan.
