Absolutely unbelievable! What are they thinking down there, returning these girls to the woman who shot their father in the back?

I guess that, for some people, getting rid of an unwanted husband is not all that costly.

Tell me about it...it must be great being a woman when it comes to matrimonial issues.

This is too insane for words. I simply don’t understand why this woman still isn’t in prison and why the children have been returned to her. May God protect these children cause if she gets stressed out again she could very well do a Susan Smith.

Isn't she the one who was tried for out and out murder, but was only convicted by the jury of voluntary manslaughter because she said she had endured years of emotional abuse from her preacher husband?
I mean...she straight up out and out kills her husband with a shot to the back and the court then gives the children to the mother who killed their father?
How sickening...and then to read how the lawyer says that this is a sure sign that the family is "healing".
Sick, sick people. Those poor kids. Imagine the lies and demented picture they are going to get of their deceased father from the murdering mother.

God help those poor children. How could the jury let this woman go??? The people who found her “not guilty” based on their own stupidity - and the lawyer who chose them - are criminally liable for whatever happens to these children...

Isn't she the one who was tried for out and out murder, but was only convicted by the jury of voluntary manslaughter because she said she had endured years of emotional abuse from her preacher husband? If I were prosecuting that case, I wouldn't have allowed voluntary manslaughter as and option for the jury.

Reverse the genders of the perp and victim and you’re looking at a life sentence...

Mary Winkler, the woman convicted of voluntary manslaughter in the 2006 shooting death of her minister husband, has taken custody of her three daughters So . . . are the children going to kill her?

ary Winkler, the woman convicted of voluntary manslaughter in the 2006 shooting death of her minister husband Okay, so I'm guessing remarriage is probably not an option for her.
For the prospective husband, it would be kind of like having Hillary for your VP.

This is from McNairy County, Tennessee...a bastion of rudderless Democrats. The lawyer is Steve Farese, the lawyer for Dickie Scruggs and many of the Memphis Criminals that are being prosecuted.

Another sign of the moral disintegration occurring around us.
