In arguing against awarding the benefits to Andrade, Sun Valley said his unlawful status made him legally unable to enter into a contract of employment.

This is an astonishing -- and utterly depraved -- argument for the company to make AFTER HE WORKED FOR THEM FOR 15 YEARS.

The article says Andrade worked for 15 years. I did not see where it stated he worked for Sun Valley for 15 years.
