House Republicans are still there, raising cain- trying to get them to turn the lights back on and continue debating over drilling!!!

I just called and said "There's a Republican revolt going on int the House Chamber and I wasn't seeing much coverage of it." I got a run around on it. Was told several times "There are no cameras on now. Cameras are not allowed." I objected, politely, that the story could still be covered.
He seemed mildly irritated that I would question that and asked if I wanted to talk to (name garbled) and I said yes. Got a phone tree that led to leaving a recorded message. I did...
"There's a Republican revolt going on in the House Chamber. I understand that the cameras are turned off. You can still cover the story. Thank you."
They are gone.
But the question is, will they be back Monday?
Pence is bringing up his letter to Bush. For a special session.
Well this is great and all, but the HOUSE GOP better not go home, they need to prove a point.
Bush would instantly more approval if he were to call a special session. Then Pelosi and Co. will complain about the greenhouse gases that were emitted from their private jets having to fly back to DC after they just left it.
I am an online media guy. Perhaps we can ask the nation to March FOR Washington in support of recalling the House to vote on the energy bill. I can email about 10 million people on Monday from my Digital properties. Freep mail me.

UPDATE 7: It’s over.
Right at the stroke of five Georgia Rep. Tom Price announced that House Republicans were ending their impromptu protest on the floor of the chamber, ending a five-plus hour rebellion with a round of “God Bless America.”
The assembled tourists, aides and members in the chamber gave Price and his compatriots a standing ovation. They left the chamber to shouts of “USA! USA! USA!”
