WINNIPEG - Manitoba RCMP had no answers Thursday as to what prompted a man on a Greyhound bus to suddenly stand up and repeatedly stab his seatmate, behead him and carve up his body in front of horrified passengers.
Police would only say that a victim was stabbed on the bus that had left Edmonton for Winnipeg, but passengers described a gruesome, unprovoked attack that left them shaken.

Am I reading this right? BOTH were aboriginal. Which lends credence to the area being remote although I did not know Winnepag was remote.

Yes, I was thinking of those muslim hate crimes when I heard about this Tenn. church shooter. His supposed hatred for liberals is being screamed in news headlines. But these muslim murderers are dismissed as isolated incidents.
I have a feeling if this Greyhound killer is a white Christian we will know his name see his picture real soon.
Or is it legal for “protected” minorities to do a thing like this in Canada? After all, only whites like Mark Steyn get held accountable for “hate speech” and nonsense like that.
I can’t remember where, but I heard some comedian refer to “Going Greyhound” as “let’s play the game of ‘guess the psychosis of the person sitting next to you’.”
Hmmmm, 40 or 50 times stabbed, wonder how long it takes to sit there and watch that going on?

All too common these days. Hasn't been all that long ago, when Swedish government minister was attacked and killed by a knife-weilding maniac, in broad daylight, in a crowded shopping mall, with nobody attempting to stop him. So an attack on a bus, at night? Not surprising at all...

It’s crazy, they just stood at the front of the bus and watched. It makes me want to cry.
Well yes, but there is always the guy next to the dead guy who kills the creep. Defense in depth ... You are allowed, in fact most social norms say you are required, to defend your neighbor from attack.
If I saw someone cutting off anotehr’s head, I sure would shoot.
