I know they mean “set for life” even though it was Obama that said “seeded” and that's why I put it in parenthesis. It's Obama’s way of giving the old wink-wink to the Hood.

That wasn’t what I was taking issue with.
My issue was with our difference in opinion as to
1) How reparations will be sold to the public
vs
2) How it will actually be implemented.
