That was one of my questions. What is the statute of limitations on something that wasn't a criminal act at the time? Immoral, yes...criminal, no.

What of all those who fought the immorality of slavery, Jim Crow, etc. Blacks didn't gain all those things by themselves. There were good upstanding Americans who stood with them. Indeed it was a white congress and several Presidents that abolished those things.
