They have just started to scream a bit. Screaming will be louder. We have not reached the bottom yet. We hardly dispose of monstrous debt yet.

There was no monster rally in early 30’s.Of course not. That's because the New Deal deepened and lengthened the Depression.
If we can avoid a second New Deal this time, there is a better chance that Santiago de la Vega could prove prescient.
