SURABAYA, Indonesia (July 22, 2008) Navy Diver 2nd Class Christopher Peek, assigned to Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit (MDSU) 1 and members of the Indonesian navy dive team help Senior Chief Navy Diver Paul Adams don his head gear before a joint dive in Surabaya Harbor. The diving exercise is a part of a Naval Engagement Activity (NEA) between the United States and Indonesia. The NEA is part of an annual series of bilateral maritime training exercises designed to build relationships and enhance the operational readiness of the participating forces between the U.S. and several Southeast Asian nations. Yep! Does look a bit familiar but since I'm older than dirt, we didn't have that fancy new diving gear... Ours was the old MK V helmet, breastplate and suit (think Men of Honor)...
