Liberal suburb trying to protect abortion doctor from having protestors at his home. Good thing we live in the US, which has freedom of speech and assembly.

You can’t ban people exercising their first amendment rights. We’ve put up with total lunancy from left wing protestors for decades. Either we have one standard for all or conservatives as a group should protest the denial of their rights.

So they’re ultimately saying.....back in the 60’s when we threw their butts in jail for sit-ins and blocking city hall or other offices in protest over the Vietnam war........it was a GOOD THING. *chuckle*

I’ll bet they don’t try to stop leftist radicals from harassing people at their homes. This will apply only to pro-life groups.

Politics aside I can see a justification for such a ban. This is a private residence, presumably in a residential neighborhood. The other people in this neighborhood should not have to put up with any sort of protest in front of one house. I would think if anything such protests would constitute disturbing the peace.

That being said, this murderer deserves to burn in hell.

An abortion doctor living in Bexley asked for the ban after picketers marched outside his home on Broad Street in May.

My heart goes out to this poor, poor embarrassed murderer. I wonder if it ever occured to the evil killer that the protests can be stopped in their tracks if he would cease ripping innocent children from wombs piece by piece.

Those nasty people protesting the killing the most innocent should be severely chatised -- like awarding each of them a medal.

The problem is that while the council can ban protestors from congregating at one home (his), they can’t keep them from marching up and down the public sidewalks. Neener neener.

Tell you what, if this guy was a ‘real’ doctor instead of an abortionist I wouldn’t let him anywhere near me. He’s too stupid to just shut up and move to a gated community, and so arrogant he thinks he can just demand that those peasants be removed.
