Do they even permit Twins to be born? It's a seriously question, I mean, what happens when the law is "one child per family?"
I could easily see them compelling an abortion. Pre or post-birth.

I read somewhere that if twins are born, the government will not bother with you. Some people use fertility pills to have several babies at once as a way to get around the “one child” policy.
