Wayne County Judge Ronald Giles has revoked Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick's previous bond and ordered random drug screening on Friday based on testimony from two detectives in the accusations that Kilpatrick assaulted Detective Brian White.

White’s partner Kinney, a black woman corroborated with her partner’s testimony and said that Kilpatrick harassed her and criticized her for working with White, who is white.
White’s testimony including the statements that Kilpatrick asked her, “How can you be a black woman and be on this case? You shouldn’t even be riding in a car with him, with a last name of White.”
“`You should be ashamed of yourself,”’ Kinney quoted Kilpatrick as saying. “`Why are you a part of this?”’

The Michigan people are proud, and they won't stand for hard-core corruption that reaches all the way from Detroit to the Statehouse in Lansing. The last two polls (within the last two months) that asked Michiganders if Michigan is heading in the wrong direction? 81% & 66%!
Believe it, my FReeper FRiend, Zieg Axelrot and his cadre are scared shitless as their internals relentlessly tip Michigan to McCrisis, and they know they are *hit up the creek without a paddle when that happens -- there's no winning scenario for them when MI goes red on Nov. 4.

Thanks for the ping. I never thought I would see a politician in Michigan more dastardly than Coleman Young. King Kwame is making Coleman look like a boy scout. He has definitely hurt the city very bad and made the state’s big honchos in Lansing look like the inept slugs that they are. Every one of them are a like a spit in the face to the hard-working, honest citizens of this water wonderland.

I was telling Mom some time ago when she was lamenting to me ‘bout the mayor; she was getting inquiries from across the nation (Mom’s got a needlepoint hobby). The mayor’s GOING DOWN I told her.
The other one already stepped down. Apparently something to do with her faith. Dunno.
