Who would have thought used grease theft would ever be an issue?

Rosenzweig suspects the thieves are a combination of home brewers ????
I hope he means home brewers of bio diesel. I've never seen a beer recipe that calls for 100 gallons of used grease.

They aren’t thieves, they are good Marxists who believe in taking from those who have more and giving it to those who have less.

Perhaps he could have called the police and then blocked thier exit? Instead he sounds like he doesn’t know who’s doing this. Sheesh

Its hard to tell who is responsible for the thefts because once its gone, grease is hard to track. The California Assembly could come up with some kind of grease microstamping legislation. It works so well for guns, why not grease?
