Savage has from the start rejected party affiliation -- a big plus for me because I loathe both the Rat Party (formerly the traditional, patriotic Democratic Party) and the Republican Party. Levin is not too happy with many Republicans but I forget exactly the name he uses to label them.
Why do I hate the Party? It goes back a few years. I remember the Rockefeller Republicans joining the JFK/LBJ liberals and screaming "purveyors of hate!" "racist!" and more at Goldwater and supporters.

Weiner often says, "I'll never vote Republican again", then the next day saying that he has to so the rats don't win. Thats just one issue he often flip flops on. However, many of his fans aren't as manic as he is and don't flop as much as he flips.
When the GOP is brought back to the fold, I'll embrace it again wholeheartedly like I once did.
