If 17 million is for 12ga buckshot I would say they are doing their jobs. I fear that about $17 million is going for sensitivity training and feces/urine washing stations.

Well, Denver being Denver, yer probably right. But since these DNC protestors are typical liberal loud mouths who love every sort of demented social behavior, I might suggest they are controlled with serious leather whips, iron chains and the seizure of all of their private property by cops wearing Che t-shirts. They’ll love it.
