I wanted to include these photos in the thread.

President Bush awarded special Congressional Gold Medals to the Tuskegee Airmen in March 2007.

President George W. Bush presents the Congressional Gold Medal to Dr. Roscoe Brown Jr., during ceremonies honoring the Tuskegee Airmen Thursday, March 29, 2007, at the U.S. Capitol. Dr. Brown, Director of the Center for Urban Education Policy and University Professor at the Graduate School and University Center of the City University of New York, commanded the 100th Fighter Squadron of the 332 Fighter Group during World War II. He will not say for any amount of money that the “surge worked”...he’s crazy!

And I believe he's DUMB too. I don't think he knows the surge worked because the media was ignoring it. He has no independent thought of his own. Now he can't admit he was wrong, so he gives credit to "Iraqi tribesmen"!? Idiot.

I'm not a big fan of McCain, but I really believe he will wipe the floor with Obama when they have their debates. Obama is clueless without a TelePrompter.

Happy birthday to your grandson.

It makes me nervous when I see a Clinton smiling like that. The guy in the beige suit makes me a little uneasy, too.

I was thinking the same thing. I get a chill just seeing her so close to him. Get away! Get away! Shoo, evil spirit....

He should.

It's hard to tell from all the botox and hair color, but it's Bill Nelson, Democrat senator/Florida.

LOL!! I haven't seen Hillary bare that many teeth since her last "get me outta debt" rally with Obama :)

The guy in the beige suit makes me a little uneasy, too.

Ha! It's the Crypt Keeper!

The botox explains why his face looks like it’s frozen in that creepy grin.

I get a chill just seeing her so close to him.

It is unsettling. I bet it was her idea to stand that close. She knew she would be in every single photo.

When he won’t agree that the surge worked, he is saying that our military men didn’t fight and die during that period of time to make things better because that was the surge and this man Obama can read a flowery speech that someone else wrote and you get him under any other circumstance, he can’t speak!

He will not have a town hall meeting with McCain or without McCain. What will he do in the debates? Uh..ah..uh..uh..ah..that ain’t gonna cut it!

McCain was not our first choice, however, the more we bash him on different threads, etc. the more votes we are giving to Obama! I truly feel that way!

Great photos tonight, Jonny. Thanks for posting them.

I particularly like the one of Colin Powell speaking under the statue of Lincoln. And I always love seeing what Condi is wearing. The suit she has on for the formal dinner-the color and material are exquisite.

Thanks, jonny! Thanks for all you do.

God bless our ever optimistic, gracious and unbelievably kind President Bush, and always doing so in the face of unspeakable turbulence all around him. He truly walks in the glow of deep and unshakable faith.

Condi looks spectacular ! WoW.

BO ?? Sheer stubbornness ... you know he knows exactly how things are, but he’s very calculating about those wacky netroots and scared of them. Did you hear about the PUMA’s? Woo boy, that convention is going to be better than a movie .. big bag popcorn time.

God save us and protect us from those who work to do us harm, domestic and foreign. That we have to fear our own elected government officials is a travesty.
