I think they have been married for a number of years. I suspect she used to be quite beautiful (maybe even prettier than her husband!)and thought it would be “happily ever after”, as do all of us.
I think John Edwards has that forever young kind of face (like Dick Clark) and he stayed youthful looking while she aged a bit.

Even Gary Hart's wife was forced to speak on his adultery, but I notice theyre still married. This time around the MSM is burying it, but I have a feeling the mistress is not going to stay quiet, but I guess we'll see.

I think the mistress was the one who tipped off the NE...I suspect she was a little tired of the back seat (so to speak). As for his wife, I imagine she will speak up only if he is forced to fess up.
The stress of this will be hard on her and certainly not help in her fight against cancer. Nobody deserves this, but we were never promised that life would be fair....right?
Well, if it's payback time, things are gonna get real interesting. It'll be a hoot to see how much the MSM can ignore.

A hotel security guard told FOXNews.com he intervened this week between a man he identified as former Sen. John Edwards and tabloid reporters who chased down the former presidential hopeful after what they’re calling a rendezvous with his mistress and love child.

Enquirer Editor-in-Chief David Perel told FOXNews.com his reporters caught Edwards visiting Hunter and her baby at the hotel earlier Monday evening. Perel said Hunter and Edwards have been occasionally getting together so Edwards can see the baby. Hunter came to Beverly Hills with a male friend, Bob McGovern, said Perel. Hunter and her companion reportedly booked two rooms under McGovern’s name, and McGovern picked up Edwards to bring him back to the hotel.

I read that the Enquirer reporters want to take the hotel to court.
Hotel security prevented the reporters from going into the bathroom where Edwards ran to hide.
It seems the reporters were registered guests and Edwards wasn’t. Edwards could be called to court on the case. :O
Has Edwards responded seriously to these charges? Has he appeared in public since this story has gone into orbit?
