The point is, we don't know who he will appoint. He has a voting record and he has public statements on the record.

And in all your conspiracy kook wisdom thsi is an indication that McQueeg would nominate judges like Ginsberg and Breyer? Because the "tradition" of voting for the current president's nominees like they did 96-3 in 1993 McQueeg is no different than Obomba?
