GAINESVILLE, Mo. -- A man living in Ozark County is charged with second-degree murder after a shooting during a family outing Sunday near Mammoth. The victim was a man from Mountain Home, Ark.
The shooting was next to Lick Creek near Mammoth, south of Gainesville, on private property near Big Rock swimming hole. A family of about 10 from Mountain Home was enjoying their Sunday, swimming and cooking hot dogs, when the owners came down to confront them.
“There was an argument, push came to shove, a gun was drawn,” said Sheriff Raymond Pace.
Pace says that's when Jesus Sesena-Murrieta, 26, whose fiancée owns the property along the creek, fired four shots in the direction of Alonzo Foster Jr., 22.
Foster died late Sunday night. Sesena-Murrieta, an illegal immigrant from Mexico, is charged with second-degree murder and armed criminal action.
On Monday, a dog from the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms from Kansas City searched for the gun that a detective says Sesena-Murrieta admitted using. Pace said the gun wasn't found by late Monday afternoon.
“It's just sad; a (man) is dead over nothing,” said Pace.
Sesena-Murrieta was in the Ozark County jail with no bond set on Monday.
Pace says this is just latest in a string of gun-related and violent crimes that his officers have been investigating.

Illegals are everywhere.
Many Hispanics have such names ~ with this one I'm guessing "se" has something to do with the maneuvering of mounted knights in battle.
"Sa", for example, means "flag", and that always refers to the gentleman who carried the flag on which mounted knights lined up, and a "se" would be a first derivative of that ~ maybe "move horse forward guy"? "na" is pretty clearly Cornish ~ which, although no longer spoken, has a cognate language in Breton and Northern Welsh. The "root" sound here is "n", so maybe "from"?
Outside of the "big 5" names, lots of Mexicans can be found wandering about with these names ~ which are a total mystery to them since they are usually "sentences" and are cast in what is pretty obviously a "foreign language".

True, but there aren’t a lot of them here. Most of us are still doing the work Americans won’t do in this county. However, a Mexican restaurant has recently opened in town that employs “real live Mexicans”...wonder if there’s any connection? My spidey sense sez, Si!
I also find it odd that the News-Leader story stated that this jerk was engaged to marry the property owner-who in their right mind gets entangled with someone who is here illegally?
Actually, that is quite common around here-especially if the property fronts a creek or river. Most times the property owners look the other way as long as you’re civilised and don’t make a big mess. My family has been regularly camping on and off on a choice creek spot for years that isn’t ours. That’s just how it is here. It’s nice. But we always leave the area as we found it.
There was a convenience store clerk here who was in what would have legally been a common-law marriage- back when such was recognized in law- with an illegal from Mexico. They have a kid. He was a construction worker and made pretty good money and would probably have been fairly safe but the wife, after her baby was born acquired a tremendous chip on her shoulder and when she would hear a customer say something not favorable to illegals she would start shouting at him and refuse to serve him. Of course she lost her job but by advertising her status she was advertising his and he is in INS custody now waiting for a ride home. The woman is a whole bundle of problems.
The owner(s), a different person who didn't belong to the Foster family came down to confront them. The fiance of the woman who owned the site shot one of the Foster family members and kilt him dead!
We have some Freepers who post here regularly who have a similar idea of what constitutes "trespass", and they've sworn they'd fire on someone for crossing the line over onto their fenced and posted property (even if the notices were hidden by heavy underbrush).
So, what we seem to have is an illegal alien acting on behalf of a property owner to drive off (and kill) trespassers.
Kind of unusual occupation for an illegal, of course, since usually we are reading about how someone managed to shoot one before he broke in the house.
Lord help us if we are now employing illegal aliens to do "run 'em off the property" events that Americans won't do!

There are currently no exact numbers on the number of Americans killed by illegals. Part of the reason is that the government deliberately obscures the number. I talked on the phone with the head of statistics for the US Bureau of Prisons. He said his office wasn't allowed to publish the number of illegal alien murderers. Rather they were forced to put legal and non legal residents in the same category. He said further that most of illegals in the federal prisons were in for drug related charges. Most of the illegals in jail for murder were in the state prisons. I talked to ICE. They put out detailed numbers on illegal child molestors. However, they put out nothing on illegal murderers.
Part of the reason for the silence on the matter is that there is evidence to suggest that most Americans--but by no means all -- being killed by illegals are black--as is the suggestion in this LA Times Article. Also this article from the LA Times. And here. This makes intuitive sense. We see stories regularly of drug gang killings in Mexico but we don't see those same stories in the USA. The reason we don't see those stories is not because its not happening. Rather we don't see the stories about illegals killing blacks because that kind of story is terribly politically incorrect. The populations being displaced in downtown sanctuary cities especially are American blacks. That means that their criminal elements would be pushed aside by Mexican gangs as well. That's also the story that the wanted for murder posters in all the major cities seems to suggest.
Why isn't there an outcry in the black community? Beats me.
Nevertheless, the pattern of non reporting is starting to break. Discovery Channel has a series called Gangland that mentions ethnic cleasing of blacks by Mexican gangs. One woman in San Francisco who had her family killed by an illegal is even demanding the city to drop its sanctuary city status.

All that said the true number of criminal aliens is far higher than is revealed by criminal aliens in prisons. However the number of illegals on death row is far lower. Sadly, so many small towns and villages across America have sent their warriors off to war half way across the world only to see communities fill up with illegal aliens.
Yep, any community that has any kind of large meat processing plant will have their share of “undocumented workers”. We don’t have that here...but just to the south, across the state line, we have all the Tyson and other poultry processing plants and those areas are thick with them. For us, in this county, it’s a little unusual to see Mexicans or others of South American descent about.

That's kinda what I was thinkin' too! But that gal must have been not from around here, resorting to those tactics to run folks off. A real local property owner would've just come up on their 4-wheeler and told them they could party there, iffin they don't get too rowdy AND clean up after themselves and that he had wrote down their car plate #'s and if they place was a mess when they left, they'd be gettin' a call from the sheriff. That's how it's done around here! And nobody ever gets shot for it!
