Seems like it’s getting harder to smuggle weapons in, so they have to resort to other means of terrorism. The Jew-haters like to refer to construction equipment as weapons because the Israelis use them to bulldoze terrorist recruitment centers. This is deliberate, just as in the previous "bulldozer" attack which was also a front-end loader. It's an attempt by the MSM to associate these attacks in people's minds with the death of Rachael Corrie and subtly imply some sort of moral equivalence.
