McClatchy's Jerusalem Head: Kickin' It With a Child Killer

I’ve never seen a better demonstration of the mainstream media’s collusion with terrorists and murderers than this post at the blog of McClatchy Newspapers Jerusalem bureau chief Dion Nissenbaum: Kickin’ it with Samir Kuntar.

What the hell is wrong with these people?

From the Dion Nissenbaum's blog:

"Samir Kuntar is sitting under a photo of himself standing next to Hassan Nasrallah and telling friends that he almost didn’t come home.

As Israel was getting ready to free Kuntar last Wednesday, the Lebanese militant told guards that he didn’t want to walk to freedom in a prison uniform.

When the Israeli guards refused, Kuntar said he told them to call off the deal.

“I’ve kept my dignity for 30 years,” Kuntar said he told his jailers, “I’m not going to give it up in the last half hour.”

The standoff lasted until the guards called their superiors, who eventually agreed to let Kuntar go free in civilian clothes.

Once free after nearly 30 years, Kuntar traded the civilian clothes for military fatigues and delivered a defiant threat to return to his militant mission.

In Israel, Kuntar is seen as an unrepentant child killer.

Here in his Druze village in the cool pine mountains outside Beirut, he is a hero.

“When he was little, he used to be humble with the spirit of a fighter,” said a woman who works at the corner market near Kuntar’s family home. “When he came out, he was the same way. He fought for his cause. He was patriotic.”

Here's a direct link to the blog post:

“Asked if he has any regrets, even if he didn't kill the little girl, Samir Kuntar simply laughs.

“That's a funny question,” Kuntar says in his first interview with an American newspaper reporter after nearly 30 years behind bars.

There is little remorse for the innocent Israeli lives lost in the notorious attack.

Instead, Kuntar says he is ready to go back and fight Israel.

Asked if he hopes to play a strategic role akin to Imad Mughnieyh, the Hezbollah mastermind killed by a car bomb in Damascus earlier this year, Kuntar again laughs.

“God willing,” he says.”

Remember that, folks.
Muslim "fighters" shoot kids and smash their heads with rocks.
Yep, they sure got some "spirit".

IDF has the grid to this home, to be sure.

If the press were really objective, then in an effort to provide balance (as opposed to fellatio), they'd have asked this question:

Asked if he hopes to play a strategic role akin to Imad Mughnieyh Abu-Musab Al-Zarqawi, the Hezbollah Al-Qaeda mastermind killed by a car laser-guided bomb earlier this year,...

Cheers!

I take a little solace in what Israeli officials are telling the media though:

Israeli security officials have said that Samir Kantar, the Lebanese murderer who was freed in a prisoner exchange after nearly three decades behind bars, should now fear for his life.

"Every terrorist who committed an act of terror against Israel, especially someone like Kantar, who killed a little child and two other people, is a target," an official said.

Another security official told the Yediot Aharonot newspaper: "Now that he is out of jail, we have no obligation towards Kantar, a loathsome murderer whose accounts will be settled in the end."

This man's professed willingness to give up his freedom after 30 years of incarceration if he had to walk out in prison clothes gives us a great example of their weakest point. They are consumed with image, it's more important than anything to them, especially the men.

I can't for the life of me figure out why we haven't found a way to bring about a regime change in Iran. Surely we can find a way to get at them from the outside, but mess with the very spirit of their satanic religion.

Just sent nissenbaum the following friendly note:

You are very low pond scum, indeed, to make some sort of light journalism shtick out of this ghoul. Ah, yes, but we Jews feel we must excel in every field, including stupidity. You have done your people proud, reaching the pinnacle of stupidity and feckless pandering with this one, Nissenbaum.

Congrats!
