Yeah, I had that line used on me as a noob 2LT in the Army. I was later to find out that actually the boys are supposed to be the leaders of the Scout troop with the adults providing guidance and support. As a former Scoutmaster, I will admit that it is a challenge to get the boys to really lead. “Guidance” comes in many forms...
