There are MANY JBT apologists here who will claim that the cop did nothing wrong and the taser is “harmless”.

Perhaps, but more importantly is that the current type of law enforcement officer typically on the street needs outlawed more.

There should be criminal charges filed against this officer, assault at a minimum and perhaps manslaughter.
