Deathly news for the religion of Global Warming. Looks like at least one prominent scientific group has changed its mind about the irrefutability of evidence regarding man made climate change.
The American Physical Society representing nearly 50,000 physicists "has reversed its stance on climate change and is now proclaiming that many of its members disbelieve in human-induced global warming," according to an article in The Daily Tech. The leadership of the society had previously referred to global warming evidence as "incontravertible."

Thanx for this post. This is too funny..... Al Gore must be fuming. It’s kinda hard to say, “50,000 physicists are a bunch of kooks denying reality.”
I’d like to hear Newt comment on this. He showed he’s spineless by going along with the global warming garbage.

People shouldn’t be surprised at Gore’s zeal. His one man cottage industry is padding his pockets. He only loses if people do not believe him.

The real zinger that should be looked for is if CO2 takes a nose dive this winter. But even if it does, the recording of CO2 levels may not reflect it, because those recording CO2 levels may “adjust” CO2 levels to “more accurately reflect weather models” than “actuals”.
This is the major problem with weather reporting right now, the willingness to “adjust” actual readings to conform with MMGW, using increasingly contrived rationalizations.
“We’ll raise it a bit when we’re happy, and we’ll raise it a bit more when we’re blue. We’ll raise it when we’re sleepy, and once for little boy blue.”
But never, ever admit that it is going down.
The cowardly folks invited Monckton to produce this paper, had their own Physicist review the paper and had Monckton make certain changes. The APS did publish the article and within a couple of days under pressure from the PC police printed the following disclaimer (in RED ink) above the article:
“The following article has not undergone any scientific peer review. Its conclusions are in disagreement with the overwhelming opinion of the world scientific community. The Council of the American Physical Society disagrees with this article’s conclusions.”
As you might imagine the pro IPCC article has no such disclaimer.

This same subject has been posted several times in the past few days and as a result enough discussion has taken place so that we know that APS has not changed it position and that there is simply a debate going on among some members. However, this is significant in that debate is actually taking place. Without acknowledgement that opinions actually differ, we skeptic will no ability to eventually prevail upon the sheeple what a sham AGW is.
