Yep, and I see it here. They continue to provide that type of housing but it keeps getting shoved out farther and farther even into other towns and suburbs. You can go past neighborhoods with 300,400,600 thousand dollar homes and two blocks away to see new section 8 ghettos, go another 4 blocks and see more reasonably nice modest homes, go farther and etc etc etc. The black politicians are the ones pushing the blacks out by squeezing with developments. Payback to the suburban white flighters I guess. And white guilt allows it. lmao.
Been to South Africa many times in the old days to pay for bunkers in Durban....I meant the way whites live separate all walled off.

What you say may apply to Newark, but does not apply to NYC, Boston, and, to a lesser extent, DC. From where I stand, the urban thuggocracy is being pushed to aging, blue collar inner suburbs, or out to the Poconos/Lehigh Valley, not the city core.
Not really. The affluent whites remain in NYC. Much of the gain in NYC (especially in Manhattan and Queens) has been due to the influx of Asians, many of whom are middle to upper class.
Besides, the minuscule decline in white population (compared to the large white flight of the the 1960s and 1970s) is largely through the attrition of lower middle class Tony Manero and Ralph Kramden types. The whites that move to Manhattan, Brooklyn Heights, Park Slope, etc., don't tend to have many kids. However, for the first time since the 1960s, more white babys were born in Manhattan in 2007 than any other race.
From what I recall about Chicago, you had a similar phenomenon, with blue collar whites (who typically had kids) in the bungalow belt continuing their exodus west to exurbia, with blue collar black increasingly moving to the south suburbs, all the way down by Crete and Peotone in many cases. They are being replaced by the Mexicans, with the white gentrifier latte class increasing their presence throughout the north and near west sides (but not bringing/having any children).
Well, I can speak for DC. It has become more white as previous bad parts of town have been gentrified. Mostly because the local leadership (after that crackhead Barry) understood that they needed to encourage development, not punish it. So there are many neighborhoods that within the last 10 years have changed into nice neighborhoods. Now the trick would be to somehow change the school system because as kids reach school age.

The downside to Brooklyn's gentrification is the large influx of tight assed douchebags who hate smoking, womanizing (even if they do it on the down low), junk food, and fighting (when necessary). The Rican's usually don't stand for such sh-t, but are being gentrified out and moving to the Orlando, FL area anyway.
Naw, the elite sends their kids to fancy private schools. The remaining Whites? Many of them are homosexual and therefore do not have kids. Others are liberal and they tend not to reproduce either.
Productive black families are increasingly leaving the city for greener pastures elsewhere.
NON-productive blacks take section 8 vouchers and move to garden apartment complexes in ageing areas in the inner suburbs or exurbs.
There has been a trend for the past 15 years of Carribbean immigrants and their children leaving Queens and Brooklyn for South Florida, especially Broward County.
