while many people believe Ted left his mistress to drown, so that he would not get caught driving drunk, the boston globe had a different spin on the incident.

“If she had lived, Mary Jo Kopechne would be 62 years old. Through his tireless work as a legislator, Edward Kennedy would have brought comfort to her in her old age.” — Charles Pierce in a January 5, 2003 Boston Globe Magazine article.

too bad you killed her instead fatboy!

The Kennedy family standard operating procedure: “Laws? We don’t need no stinkin’ laws!”

If Teddy had been driving a VW Beetle, he would have become President.

“According to Kennedy, he made a wrong turn onto an unlit dirt road that led to Dike Bridge (also spelled Dyke Bridge)”
****************

He took a dramatic right turn instead of a curving left turn back to the ‘On Time’ ferry.

Back then most of the roads on today’s map didn’t exist.

This really is one of the most shameful events ever. And to think it was committed by a Senator. Good ol’ Kennedys get away with that type of injustice while the pions take the fall. I’m amazed this incompetent manslaughterer has been allowed to generally continue on with the audacity on the JUDICIAL COMMITTEE and questioning WATER BOARDING, etc. etc. all the while no one bringing up the gross miscarriage of justice and this scumbag continuing to sit in the US Senate. Ted has still not changed as he continues to hold onto this power he so craves. You’d think he’d try to die with some dignity? But really I cannot say I’m not surprised. The Demonrats prove time and again they have no respect for the law and make their own.

This man is evil. He has shown no remorse. This is why I did not feel an ounce of sympathy upon hearing of his recent health problems. There is no cosmic difference between this man or many of those who are currently sitting on death row. Godspeed straight to the Gates of Hell, Mr. Kennedy...
