I am calling for the immediate removal of Nancy Pelosi, D-CA and Harry Reed, D-NV from their positions in the House and Senate, respectively. The reason is treason by High Crimes and Misdemeanors. Specifically Domestic Terrorism, misfeasance and malfeasance in office detrimental to the security of the nation.
Following removal, they should be tried, and if found guilty, punished in accordance with the laws of the land.
The reason for this is the recent actions by both leaders with respect to not allowing valid legislation to be properly argued in congress. Further, they have lied to their constituents and fellow congressional members on numerous occasions.
These actions can only be considered treason since the parties know them to be the cause of economic and national security weakness, detrimental to each and every citizen. These actions are undertaken with malice and knowledge of the results including political harm at minimum to deliberate destruction of our country at worst.
I fear the later.
You can’t impeach a Congressman or Senator. They have to be either thrown out by their colleagues (after an internal trial), recalled by their constituents, or defeated in an election. Only judges and the President can be impeached and removed from office.
The impeachment process does not apply to either house of Congress. Members can be expelled from their respective bodies by a two-thirds vote.

Unfortunately, our problems really are mostly about huge amounts of foreign money=influence and corruption within our country. This immense power drives policy and little Nancy and weak Harry are under this influence. Until the average American figures this out, we are in for a rough ride.

You are right and I should know that. But, they can be removed and tried for treason. That works for me.
I am convinced they are guilty of treason, for whatever reason. It may be political but I fear it is more serious than that. I am NOT a conspiracy theorist but I would sure like to find their motivations. Even they know that an overwhelming number of people support drilling. Further, they know that the vote would pass 70/30 % in a vote.

IMHO, this should be the election we focus on State legislatures, winnable congrssional districts, holding enough Senator to sustain a filibuster and a few moral victories.

I would love to see it, but it takes Democrats working with Republicans to remove any given member of the House or Senate. For the time being though, I would be happy if the members of the House banded together and simply removed Pelosi as speaker. She is clearly acting against the interests of ALL the constituents of ALL House and Senate members, as well as clearly acting against the national interests of the United States. To borrow from the old line that evil is possible when good men do nothing, it applies because catastrophic economic consequences are being suffered by millions of Americans because good people will not do their duty and remove morons like Pelosi and Reid.

Not quite correct. Any "civil officer of the US" can be impeached and removed from office. I believe in practice this means any official confirmed by Senate vote. Military officers cannot be impeached, as the President is fully responsible for them as their CIC.
Article II, Section 4
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
In theory this means the Democrats could impeach and try Bush and Chency simultaneously, and on their conviction Pelosi would succeed.
And anyway, even if there was such a provision the left wing moonbats in Pelosi's San Fran district would never recall her unless she made some inexcusable faux pas such as allowing a Republican sponsored bill to reach the House floor for a vote.
