Note how all of your points are speculation; I’m sure the hysterical confabulation will be amply represented at trial.
Hopefully we can prevent future self-righteous indignation if we add a few more waiver forms; couple more regulations; a law here or there; a large bureaucracy-established set of guidelines, a blue-ribbon exploratory committee, and a competitive grant-proposal for preventing “Sharpie” marks intra-operatively.
