I'm a republican because of what that used to mean.

I'm still a republican because I'm partly in denial and partly unsure of where to go now that the party left me behind.

When the "republican" candidate selects his running mate for 2008, this frog may finally jump out of the boiling pot.

I am all for jumping out of the pot but how do you avoid landing in the fire? Someone needs to start a new country for those of us who actually believe in what the founding fathers were trying to accomplish.
