The fact that the kid was born in Hawaii...has yet to be disproved in any aspect.
It is not a fact. It's merely an uncorroborated assertion, but one that is easy enough to back up if true. There has been no backing up. The burden is not on anyone to prove that Barry was not born in Hawaii or elsewhere in the U.S. The burden is entirely upon Barry to prove that he is a U.S. citizen by birth according to U.S. law at the time of his birth. This is a constitutional burden, and one that he, to date, has not been willing to shoulder.

I have to prove I'm eligible to work in the US to get a job, why doesn't he have to prove he's eligible for that job?
