"..in an arcade game room."

Many casinos have some adjacent areas in which minors are allowed.

The arcade game room provides atmospheric training for children.

I'm not saying she was in the casino proper, or that casinos don't provide game arcades for younger folk.

I'm wondering what she was doing ALONE in a casino, ANY part of a casino.
Where were her parents? Playing on the casino floor while their 12 year old daughter is flashed?

Sorry about yelling but I would NEVER leave a 12 year old alone ANYWHERE in a casino or a casino/hotel except the hotel room.

The ones here in Colorado have sighs stating “No one under the age of 18”, pretty much PERIOD, at all in the casinos.

Though when I visited recently to Cripple Creek (first time I ever went in one) there were young kids with parents in the hotels. And they were eating in the restaurants.
