She states, in a Chicago Tribune story, that the station should never have recorded the footage or shown it. She says that she was on her way to the pool with her kids when she was invited to the house by the guys sister and that’s why she was in a bikini...lol.

According to the Tribune story, her bosses warned her that she was becoming part of the story and to back off...guess she didn’t listen.

If the camera shot had been THROUGH the door, she might have a claim of “invasion of privacy”. If this is the backyard it may also stand (like a peeping tom claim). But if this is the front door she has no merit in her claim. She is partially outside.
