Justice Denied has uncovered documents that have been deleted or altered to obsure Congressman Arcuri from what may be a possible association with the Spitzer scandal.
These are serious allegations, but the documents appear on this blog in their original format, which cannot be found at New York State Department of States' website or in their database, according to those I spoke to at the States Department this morning.
We are calling for a thorough investigation, (State or Federal), into all allegations including tampering with documents.
Anyone with any information regarding these companies are asked to contact JusticeDenied13501@gmail.com. All information will be kept confidential.

Congressman Arcuri and Qat?
Justice Denied posted the document for New Star Enterprises in early March, just when things were heating up with Spitzergate. Does the deletion of records from the New York State Department of State have anything to do with the Spitzer investigation into shell companies? Money transfers? Consultants?

That's a helluva coincidence, doncha think? I never heard that name before today, and here we have one Arcuri investigating another and there not related. If they were both Smith I might not notice.
In that neck of the woods, the name Arcuri is almost as common as Smith.

The blogger in question may or may not be on to something. However, her posts are so disjointed and poorly written that its impossible to tell what she’s getting at with any sort of clarity.
Too bad. I’d love to see Arcuri taken down.
I never voted for him in the first place. Hopefully next time around they can find a Republican who can beat him. Arcuri’s Italian in a district that is full of Italians (Rome, Utica, Canastota...). I don’t know if that really had much to do with his election, but it could.
Hi, This is Sue from Justicedenied and I appreciate and consider all comments that were made.
I saw that one writer found my site difficult, said my writing was not very good. Please be aware that the blog that I use makes it very difficult to refer to previous posts. The problem is the last post that is written has to be at the top, so in order to follow the subject matter, you actually have to look below that first post, to find the story line.
I also want to point out that Congressman Arcuri in addition to his close personal relationship with Spitzer has been in the middle of much controversy.
Recently, a forensic scientist employed by the New York State Police hanged himself,(the second employee of the New York State Police within weeks), and left a suicide note. It is reported that Garry Veeder’s untimely and tragic death was attributed to his participation in tampering with evidence in a high profile case in Oneida County when Arcuri was District Attorney.
A man was also falsely accused and convicted in Oneida County for a murder for which he did not commit. He hired an attorney, appealed the conviction and won. Exculpatory evidence was withheld at trial. Mr. Joe Smith,was set free, and sued Oneida County and then District Attorney, now Congressman Michael Arcuri.
Justicedenied also points out many federal grants and loans given to family members during his short tenure as Congressman.
The 24th Congressional district needs to elect a new Congressman. Please follow my blog, for more information.
