Are certain Unions crabbing?

Tilapia costs less than most all the other fish to purchase, currently.

So more folks are probably buying Tilapia, and other "fishers" aren't getting what they want out of all this. Hmph.

“Dirty Jobs” had an episode on a fish farm. Tilapia was the fish used to eat leftovers and feces just before the water went for sewage treatment. I’ll never touch the stuff again.

I knowingly ate talapia once, and that was the last time. It tastes like a goldfish bowl smells. Major ick factor.

I only ate Tilapia once. It was lousy. Too many other good choices.

You can’t tell the value of this study until we know if they tested filets (what actually gets eaten) or whole fish. If they tested whole fish alot of the fatty acids are in lipids and guts that don’t get eaten. Some researchers with an agenda will bias their tests in this way to fool people into thinking they are getting much higher doses than they actually receive.

I actually really like tilapia.

I do not like escolar. I mean, it's funny in a prank, but not funny in rush hour traffic.

Tell me how much Omega-6 is in that "crappy" fish! "Fatty acid"...no kidding!

Funny. Tilapia is the primary frozen fish you can get from the Wally World nearest me. Guess where every box I looked at came from... Glad I’m not a fish person.

Yes, but can I still eat my kippered herring? I fried tilapia once and it was very good. I prefer kipper herring anyway. I just don’t get much company coming around (or husband) when I have it on a sandwich.

MSM speak -- you've concisely translated the MSM speak: You get what you pay for.

And why I think the study is "suspect".

My plants from last year are blooming in profusion. Didn't cost me a thing, this year. Am I getting what I paid for?

This study is "suspect". Someone somewhere is playing economic tiddlywinks under the chimera of "science".
