I really hate to say this.....BUT...putting myself in their shoes I think that it would be difficult, if not impossible to resist casting such a historical vote.That is pure bullstuff.
One does not vote for 'history'.

I am a woman from California. I have spent my entire adult life voting against women from California. I vote for the candidate who best shares my values and so far no one who looks like me has measured up.
