Stop which? Slavery? Prostitution? Islam?
The only one which we're not going to stop is prostitution - the second oldest profession (after mid-wifery). The other two are eminently defeatable - and are pretty much the same thing.
You can never ever stop slavery and forced prostitution. Islam is irrelevant here. It is happening in Dubai because it is the hottest city on the planet right now.
