Again you exhibit pretty muddy thinking...
Not being QUALIFIED as prescribed in the constitution, is not a technicality -- it is a fundamental disqualifier. If blacks wish to riot -- so be it.
The anger SHOULD be directed at Obama if he deceived them. At some point - the LAW and the CONSTITUTION should be upheld.
"I don't know where you live but your bluster sounds to me like that of a monumental fool, someone who's never actually experienced street riots and burning cities."
I went to Anacostia High School, in S.E. Washington, D.C.in the late 50's and still lived on the Washington border in 68 during the riots..
I KNOW what rioting animals in the streets is all about.
I was armed then, out in the street - but didn't need to fire.
Don't for a moment doubt I would fire if necessary.
I'm an old man -- but not too old to repeat acts of the past.
I've made more than my share of bones - and would not recoil from the need to fire on rioters... Not for an instant.
You take the typical position, that when black thugs riot - the white man is responsible...
In this case - if Obama is disqualified (which I doubt, by the way) and blacks riot and people die -- it is ALL on Obama's head for deceiving America about his eligibility - it would clearly be a case of "Obama Lied and People Died"... Right?
My position is all those who wanted to question Obama's qualifications had plenty of time to do so. That time is passed. Maybe not technically, but, in reality, for the consequences of such a disqualification are now enormous.
If Obama is presented with evidence of fraud and admits to it, then, there will be no rioting. His supporters will be angry and humiliated but they will accept the situation. Not everyone, but most.
But that's a scenario which I find virtually not believable.
He will challenge the authenticity of whatever documents are produced. There will be the usual interminable and unconvincing legal struggle. And it will end in a verdict which will convince no one who is not already predisposed.
There'll be civil war.
